The analysis of the dynamics of prices for round timber revealed the most significant changes in species such as spruce and oak.

The price of spruce showed a growth of 9.2%, reaching the level of UAH 2,996.27 per cubic meter (including VAT). Such a significant jump in prices is due to an increase in demand from buyers. As a result, they were ready to accept higher prices compared to the previous month.

The oak species faced the opposite situation. Its price decreased by 11.4%, amounting to UAH 21,257.95 per cubic meter (including VAT). The main reasons for this decline were the decrease in demand for this species. Also, sellers offered a significantly lower starting price at auctions compared to the previous period.
