To participate in electronic auctions for the sale of electric power in specialized sections at LLC "Ukrainian Energy Exchange" as a buyer is necessary:

  1. Be familiar with the Regulations on the organization and conduct of an electronic auction for the sale of electric power at the LLC "Ukrainian Energy Exchange", Tariffs on LLC "Ukrainian Energy Exchange".
  2. Conclude with LLC "Ukrainian Energy Exchange" the Agreement on organization and conduct of electronic auctions, for buyers join it on the basis of an Application for Joining.
    For this, on the Exchange’s website in the section ACCREDITATION – "Access to Electricity Trading" follow the link "Electronic Auctions. Accreditation on-line" (attachment "Specialized sections") and fill in an electronic application form, to which scanned archived documents are attached, which must be valid at the time of their submission.
  3. Pass the training on the Software Product "Electronic Exchange Trading System" in the version "Electric Power" at the Ukrainian Energy Exchange.
  4. Receive login and password to the BETS in the version "Electric Power".
  5. Participate in electronic auctions according to the schedule of auctions.

To register participants of the electricity market, already registered in the direction of "Electric Energy" bilateral auction and/or in commercial sections on the Ukrainian Energy Exchange, just click on the link "Accreditation. For existing customers", enter email and password and upload documents:

  • Agreement on the organization and conduct of electronic auctions for sellers, for buyers to join it on the basis of the Application for accession.
  • the relevant power of attorney (powers of attorney) of the representative (representatives)

Warning!

Participants of exchange trading assume all risks related to possible problems when using a qualified/improved electronic signature, namely: the occurrence of errors, failures and disconnections with the servers of qualified providers of electronic trust services, etc.

To reduce such risks, we recommend that stock market participants have at least 2 (two) active qualified/improved electronic signatures from recommended QPETS.
