Abuse reporting

Wholesale energy market participants, a person who professionally organizes transactions with wholesale energy products, a state authority and another individual or legal entity (except for household consumers), hereinafter referred to as applicants, have the right to submit a notification (statement) about possible abuse on the wholesale energy market.

The message is written in Ukrainian or English.
The message can be anonymous. For this, message fields No. 1-5 of the "General Information" section are not filled in.
Partial completion of the notification form is allowed if the applicant does not have all the information required.
When submitting a notification to the NEURC, the applicant must also provide information that confirms and substantiates the data, facts and circumstances set out in the notification.
Applicants who provide information to the NEURC are required to indicate which information is confidential, which documents or parts of documents contain confidential information.

* The National Energy Regulatory Commission has the right to leave the notification without consideration if it is not prepared in accordance with the established form, does not concern issues of abuse on the wholesale energy market, or the applicant has not provided sufficient information confirming or substantiating such notification.
