PJSC "Ukrgasvydobuvannya" on the electronic exchange trading, that take place on the trading floor of CE "Ukrainian Energy Exchange" this week sold 11 956 tons of its products worth 198,436 million UAH.
During the trading session, which was held on Tuesday ,August 16, were sold 4 945 tons of oil products worth more than 91,066 million UAH. Compared with the last week, prices for gasoline A-95 rose by 1.34% and prices of gasoline A-92 rose by 2.82% by autoparties and by 2.67% in terms of transportation by railway. Highest increase of price observed on diesel fuel - by 4.61% transportation by auto and 5,35% – by railway.
Second, additional trading took place on Thursday, August 18, by the results of which were sold 2 475 tons of petroleum products worth 34,152 million UAH. So, gasoline A-92 by autoparties compared to trading on August 16, added in price 1.04% and train parties – 0.90%. The price of diesel fuel continued its growth. By results of the trading, prices rose by 2.52% in the conditions of transportation by auto and by 2.14% for railway parties, respectively.
Also on August 18, 2016 on the trading floor of CE "Ukrainian Energy Exchange" was held an exchange auction for the sale of liquefied gas on the domestic market, which resulted for PJSC "Ukrgasvydobuvannya" in selling 4 536 tons of liquefied natural gas from declared 4 830 tons with a total value 73,218 million UAH. Compared to the previous auction, which took place on July 4, price on autoparties of LPG increased by 6.25%, MPBT rose by 5.18% and BT has risen by +3,56%.
"Macroeconomic indicators in Ukraine and the growth of the US Dollar are strong factors of influence on the domestic petroleum market. We are seeing a creeping increase in prices of diesel fuel and gasoline. The market expects a depreciation of the local currency against the dollar and today by the beginning of the business season starts to play to these expectations.
