Eligible to participate in the auction are buyers who have been accredited by Ukrainian Energy Exchange LLC (https://www.ueex.com.ua/accreditation/unprocessed-timber-accreditation/), have signed the Application for Accession to the Clearing Services Agreement with UKD LLC, and have submitted a purchase application via the electronic trading system on the Ukrainian Energy Exchange (UEB).
