The auction is held using the SINGLE ACCOUNT system in accordance with the Temporary Regulations on the organization of a pilot project for the application of the single account system in exchange trading for the sale of untreated timber/firewood on the commodity exchange - Ukrainian Energy Exchange LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Temporary Regulations).

and using a risk-based approach to determining the size of guarantee fees based on the counterparty risk assessment system conducted by the clearing institution - UCH LLC.
To participate in the Auction for the sale of untreated timber you need::
1. Pass accreditation at Ukrainian Energy Exchange LLC (https://www.ueex.com.ua/accreditation/unprocessed-timber-accreditation/) and sign an Application for accession the clearing service agreement with UCH LLC.
2. Submit an Application for accession to the Temporary Regulations via the Exchange's ETS with the mandatory electronic signature of the trading participant's broker.
3. Replenish the participant's clearing account in the clearing accounting system of UCH LLC in order to ensure the necessary amount of funds within the available balance of the guarantee fee for use in exchange trading on UEEX LLC, which allows covering the amount of the guarantee fee as a means of ensuring the fulfillment of obligations arising from the participant in connection with his participation in the auction, in accordance with the procedure determined by UCH LLC.
The types and amount(s) (rate(s)) of the guarantee fee(s) are determined by the clearing institution depending on the risk group of the clearing participant (buyer's trading participant) and are specified in the internal documents of UCH LLC: ˗ Regulations for conducting clearing activities in the direction (commodity market) "Untreated timber and lumber" of the clearing institution - Ukrainian Clearing House LLC:

To make a payment of the guarantee fee, the bidder must replenish his clearing account in the clearing accounting system of UCH LLC by transferring funds to the bank account of UCH LLC with the mandatory indication in the purpose of the payment:
«UAH-0000000000; UEEX; payment of a guarantee deposit to replenish the clearing account and block funds on the exchange in the direction “Untreated timber and lumber”, excluding VAT”,
where: UAH-0000000000 - The number of the CA (clearing account) of the Organization to which the funds must be credited; UEEX - trading platform identifier; Untreated timber and lumber - the name of the direction according to the directory; other - static text (note excluding VAT)".
ATTENTION!
When making a guarantee deposit, it is MANDATORY to indicate the FULL purpose of the payment for correct and timely crediting of funds.
The guarantee deposit funds must be transferred by the bidder to the bank account of UCH LLC and credited to its clearing account by the time the bidder submits a price offer (bid) during exchange trading in accordance with the Temporary Regulations.
The participant in exchange trading, the buyer, independently determines the amount to be transferred to his clearing account, taking into account his expectations regarding participation in exchange trading and the corresponding amount of the guarantee fee that will need to be paid to participate in such exchange trading.
The data processing fee is paid for the Agent's services by the Auction participants (buyers) based on the results of participation in the Auction for the sale of untreated timber/firewood, in the event that the participant (buyer) submits price offers (bids) during the Auction, in the amount in accordance with the Tariffs for Commodity Exchange Services - Ukrainian Energy Exchange Limited Liability Company and is UAH 500.00 (excl. VAT), based on the issued invoice, which is generated in the ETS Exchange, within 3 (three) business days from the date of the Auction.
ATTENTION!
For clearing/trading participants (Auction winners) who are classified by UCH LLC as of the date and time of the Auction start as risk group E, a guarantee fee is established as a means of ensuring the fulfillment of obligations under the contract of purchase and sale of untreated timber/firewood concluded as a result of the Auction (contract execution) at a rate of 20% of the price of the concluded contract of purchase and sale of untreated timber. Such guarantee ауу shall be transferred within 5 (five) business days, starting from the next business day after the day of the relevant Auction, to the bank account of UCH LLC using the details specified in the invoice, with the mandatory indication in the purpose of the payment:
"Contract No.; payment of a guarantee fee as security for the fulfillment of obligations under the purchase and sale agreement (EDRPOU code of the clearing participant), excluding VAT."
The participant who submitted a price offer (bid) confirms his/her agreement with the terms of participation in the Auction, certifies unconditional consent to the processing of his/her personal data, implementation of the Regulations on the organization and conduct of exchange trades for the purchase and sale of untreated timber and lumber on the commodity exchange - Ukrainian Energy Exchange Limited Liability Company and the Temporary Regulations, confirms the legal significance of his/her actions during participation in the auction, in particular actions taken in the ETS and using the ETS, as well as their consequences.
