EXCHANGE BULLETIN
Limited Liability Company “Ukrainian Energy Exchange” hereby announces that on 27 September 2021 at 11:30 a.m. exchange auction No. 20210906-DPB-2 was to be held for the sale of assets under tax lien of the Main Directorate of the State Tax Service in Zaporizhzhia Region, represented by the authorised person – Kostiantyn ALAVIDZE, acting on the basis of Order of the Main Directorate of the STS in Zaporizhzhia Region No. 283 dated 15.02.2021 “On Delegation of Powers”, the Tax Code of Ukraine dated 02 December 2010 No. 2755-VI (as amended), and Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1244 dated 29.12.2011 “Certain issues of implementation of Article 95 of the Tax Code of Ukraine” (as amended), through the Private Enterprise “Kopiyka Plus”, being a Member of the Commodity Exchange “Ukrainian Energy Exchange”, represented by broker Ivan Sydorchuk, acting on the basis of Agency Agreement for the sale of assets No. 13/51 dated 06.09.2021.

Applications for participation in the exchange auction were to be submitted at: Dnipro, 15 Voskresenska St., office 38, room 13, telephone: +38 (067) 689-66-25.
Applications for participation in the exchange auction were accepted until one day before its scheduled date.
Participant (broker) obligations:
- submit a written application to the auction organizer;
- pay a guarantee deposit in the amount of 10% (excl. VAT) of the starting value of the lot, i.e. 31,600.00 UAH, to bank account UA31 3006 1400 0002 6008 5003 9046 9 with PJSC “Credit Agricole Bank”, MFO 300614, beneficiary – LLC “Ukrainian Energy Exchange”, EDRPOU code 37027819;
- pay the registration fee in the amount of 17.00 UAH incl. VAT to bank account UA31 3006 1400 0002 6008 5003 9046 9 with PJSC “Credit Agricole Bank”, MFO 300614, beneficiary – LLC “Ukrainian Energy Exchange”, EDRPOU code 37027819.
ATTENTION! The guarantee deposit and the registration fee shall be paid prior to the submission of the application for registration to participate in the exchange auction, and no later than 16:00 on 23.09.2021.
