Results of the electronic auction № EPIE-290524-11 on the sale of electric power

Items for sale are presented at the electronic auction:

Electronic auctions for the purchase and sale of electricity for further import/export are conducted in the Software product "Exchange Electronic Trading System" (PP BETS) in the "Electric Power" version in accordance with the Regulations for organizing and conducting an electronic auction for the purchase and sale of electricity for further import /export on the commodity exchange - Ukrainian Energy Exchange Limited Liability Company.
The participants of the auction are the initiators of positions and bidders for positions that have passed the the procedure of registration in PP BETS and received the status of: seller and/or buyer, and meet the requirements of the Regulations for organizing and conducting an electronic auction for the purchase and sale of electricity for further import/export in the context of 4.
An application for placing a position within the auction is entered in the BETS trading platform in the form of a position (positions) for sale or purchase in open trading sessions in the BETS trading platform. The initiator of the position adds to the application a draft agreement (contract) for the purchase and sale of electricity for further import/export (as a basis that determines the structure and form for creating specific agreements between the parties, you can use the SAMPLE contract).
Participants wishing to take part in electronic auctions for the purchase and sale of electricity for further import/export must:
- by 11:00 a.m. on 28.05.2024 submit applications in the form of buy/sell positions, or
- before the start of the auction, or directly during the bidding period, submit applications for participation in the auction for selected items.
Participant’s bids are admitted to the auction automatically.
The electronic auction takes place from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on 29.05.2024. If, as of 12:00 p.m., bidding for any of the items is still ongoing, the electronic auction continues until the end of bidding for the last lot/package of combined lots for which electronic bidding is taking place.
The auction step is 0.1 (zero whole one-tenth) euro per 1MWh (excl. VAT).
