Results of the electronic auction № EP-180620-15 for the sale of electric power

CE "Ukrainian Energy Exchange" on June 18, 2020 at 3:00 pm holds an electronic auction № EP-180620-15 for sale of electricity in the form of a special session for the sale of lots
Items for the sale packages of 100 lots are presented at the electronic auction under long-term bilateral agreements:

Electronic auctions for the sale of electric power are held in the Software Product " Electronic Exchange Trading System" (PP BETS) in the "Electric Power" version in accordance with the Regulations on organization and conduct of the electronic auction on sale of electric power at the Commodity Exchange "Ukrainian Energy Exchange", Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On Approval of the Procedure for Electronic Auctions for the Sale of Electric Power under Bilateral Contracts and the Procedure for Selection of Organizers of Electronic Auctions for the Sale of Electric Power under Bilateral Contracts".
Auction participants - sellers and buyers who have passed the relevant registration of the CE "Ukrainian Energy Exchange" are allowed to participate in the auction.
Buyers who purchase electricity exclusively for their own consumption, whose share of electricity in the cost of production is at least 30 percent, take part in special sessions on the sale of lot packages. To confirm the eligibility of buyers to participate in a special session for the sale of lot packages, potential buyers provide the Auction Organizer:
- a certificate of actual electricity consumption for the same period last year, which corresponds to the period of supply / withdrawal of electricity, confirmed by the transmission system operator or the relevant distribution system operator; in this case, the total amount of electricity purchased by the buyer may not exceed 90 percent of its consumption for the same period last year;
- certificate of the share of electricity in the cost structure of finished goods of the enterprise for the last reporting year, issued by an independent audit company.
Participants registered for participation in electronic auctions for the sale of electricity on CE "Ukrainian Energy Exchange" must submit an application for participation in the auction to PP BETS by 1:00 p.m. on June 18, 2020 and ensure the transfer of the guarantee fee to the current account of CE "Ukrainian Energy Exchange", opened in an authorized bank on the basis of and in accordance with the relevant accounts formed in PP BETS. Participants are admitted to the auction within the amount of the guarantee fee credited to the current account of СЕ "Ukrainian Energy Exchange" until the beginning of the trading period – 3:00 p.m. on June 18, 2020.
The electronic auction takes place from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm on June 18, 2020. If, as of 4:00 pm, the bidding for any of the items is still ongoing, the electronic auction continues until the end of the bidding for the last of the lots / package of combined lots for which the electronic bidding takes place.
The auction step is 1 UAH per 1MWh.
