Results of the electronic auction № EP-060324-15 on the sale of electric power

Positions for sale are presented at the electronic auction:

Electronic auctions for the sale of electric power are held in the Software Product "Electronic Exchange Trading System" (PP BETS) in the "Electric Power" version in accordance with the Regulations on organization and conduct of the electronic auction on sale of electric power at the Commodity Exchange "Ukrainian Energy Exchange", Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On Approval of the Procedure for Electronic Auctions for the Sale of Electric Power under Bilateral Contracts and the Procedure for Selection of Organizers of Electronic Auctions for the Sale of Electric Power under Bilateral Contracts".
Participants of the auction are allowed to participate - sellers and buyers, who undergone the relevant registration at LLC "Ukrainian Energy Exchange".
Participants wishing to take part in electronic auctions must ensure that there is on the general account in the BETS (Electric Power) the amount of the guarantee fee required to participate in the auction, according to the applications submitted by the participant, based on the starting price and coverage of the commission
- before 15:00 on 04.03.2024, submit orders in the form of positions for sale, or
- before the start of the auction, or directly during the trading period, submit applications for participation in the auction for the selected items.
Participant’s applications are admitted to the auction automatically within the available amount of the guarantee fee on the General Account.
The transfer of the guarantee fee by the auction participants to the Exchange account is carried out with the purpose of payment: «#EPBETS Поповнення гарантійних коштів для участі в торгах від __.____.2024 р.» according to the following details: рахунок № UA403004650000026003302394670 в АТ «Ощадбанк», код ЄДРПОУ 37027819.
Attention! If the key value is entered incorrectly in the text of the purpose of payment, the corresponding amount will not be credited to the General account in PP BETS (Electric Power), but will be returned as erroneously transferred funds to the current account of the auction participant upon a written application from the auction participant signed by the manager, or another authorized person of such a participant in the auction, and a seal (if any) transmitted in any convenient way (by fax, e-mail, etc.) with the subsequent sending of the original by mail.The key value in the text of the purpose of payment consists of the hashtag symbol (symbol "#") and the abbreviation in Latin capital letters EPBETS, entered without gaps - #EPBETS..
The electronic auctions runs from 15 o’clock 00 minutes till 17 o’clock 00 minutes on 06.03.2024. If as at 17 o’clock 00 minutes on any of the positions trading is still ongoing, the electronic auctions continues until the end of the trading on the last of the lots/batch of joint lots, which are still trading.
Auction step is 1 (one) hryvnia per 1 MW•h.
