Distribution system operators - auctions for implementation of art. 62 (electric power)

Ukrainian Energy Exchange LLC on December 21, 2021 at 17:00 conducts electronic auctions for the sale of electricity in accordance with the PSO to ensure the interests of society

The holding of special sessions for the sale of electricity is initiated by SS “ENERGOATOM-TRADING” JSC NNEGC “ENERGOATOM”

The electronic auctions for the sale of electricity are conducted within the Software product "Exchange Electronic Trading System" (PP BETS) in the "Electric Power" version in accordance with the Regulations for the organization and conduct of electronic auctions for the sale of electricity on the commodity exchange - Limited Liability Company "Ukrainian Energy Exchange", the Procedure for conducting electronic auctions for the sale of electricity under bilateral agreements, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated June 5, 2019, No. 499 (with amendments), and Regulation on the imposition of special obligations on market participants of the electricity market to ensure the interests of society during the electricity market operation, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated June 5, 2019, No. 483 (as amended by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution No. 859 dated August 11, 2021).

Participants in the special session are auction participants — sellers and buyers who have completed the relevant registration with LLC "UEEX", and on whom the special obligations to ensure the interests of society during the operation of the electricity market are imposed.

Participants wishing to take part in the electronic auctions must ensure the presence of the necessary amount of security deposit on the general account in PP BETS (Electric Power) for participation in the trading, based on submitted applications, starting from the initial price and covering the commission fee.

• To submit applications in the form of sale positions by 17:00 on December 20, 2021, or
• before the start of the auction, or directly during the trading period, submit applications for participation in the auction for selected positions.

Applications from participants are automatically accepted for the auction within the available amount of the security deposit on the General Account.

The transfer of auction security deposits to the current account of the Exchange is carried out with the purpose of payment: «#EPBETS Replenishment of security funds for participation in trading from __.__.202_» to the following details: Account No. UA403004650000026003302394670 at Oschadbank JSC, EDRPOU code 37027819.

Attention! If the key value in the payment purpose text is entered incorrectly, the corresponding amount will not be credited to the General Account in PP BETS (Electric Power) and will be returned as mistakenly transferred funds to the participant’s current account upon written application signed by the participant’s manager or authorized person, with a seal (if available), sent by any convenient method (fax, email, etc.) with the subsequent sending of the original by mail. The key value in the payment purpose text consists of the hashtag symbol ("#") and the abbreviation EPBETS in Latin uppercase letters, entered without spaces - #EPBETS
