Holds an additional auction via electronica trade system https://auc.ukrforest.com/ of untreated timber selling logging in the second quarter of 2021 by Foresty Kyiv regional and Kyiv Foresty and Hunting Department.
ATTENTION!
For coniferous timber – auction step is 1% (one percent)
For deciduous timber – auction step is 1% (one percent)
In order to participate the auction, Participants must apply a standardized Order about auction participation, together with set of documents indicated by the Exchange.
Auction Participants:
- pay a guarantee fee in the amount of 5% (without VAT) of the initial (starting) lots price to the payment account UA563006140000026003500349255 in PJSC Credit Agricole Bank, Bank code 300614, EDRPOU 37027819, receiver – LLC Ukrainian Energy Exchange.
- bear the registration fee in amount of 500,00 UAH including VAT to the payment account UA563006140000026003500349255 in PJSC Credit Agricole Bank, Bank code 300614, EDRPOU 37027819, receiver – LLC Ukrainian Energy Exchange.
Guarantee and registration fee for the auction participation are to be payed by auction Participants before bidding Order applying, namely 1 day before the auction – 4:00 pm, 15.06.2021

Acceptance of Orders for participation in the auction held at the address: Kyiv, Khreshchatyk Str. 44A, 4-th floor and expires 15.06.2021 at 4:00 pm.
The bidder who submits an application for participation in the auction confirms his agreement with the conditions set out in the agreement on participation in the auction.

In order to prevent possible signs of violations of legislation on protection of economic competition. Exchange obliges the right to prevent participation in auction of associated persons and persons, who provide surveillance control over the other enterprises who take part in the auction activities. In case such a fact is found out, the participant (s) are deprived of the right to participate in the auction. According to period 4 of Article 1 Law of Ukraine on Protection of Economic Competition, associated persons are legal entities or individuals, who provide business activities associated or in concern with each other, also make an impact to the business entity. In addition, those who are spouses, parents and children, siblings are considered to be related individuals.
In accordance with paragraph 4 of Article 1 of the Law of Ukraine on Protection of Economic Acquisition, control is the decisive influence of one or more legal entities and/or individuals on the economic activity of a business entity or its part, which is exercised directly or through other people, in particular due to: the right of ownership or use of all assets or their significant part; the right that provides decisive influence on the formation of the warehouse, the results of voting and decisions of the management bodies of the business entity; the establishment of agreements and contracts, which provide an opportunity to indicate the conditions of economic activity, give binding instructions or perform the functions of a management body of a business entity; replacement of the position of a manager, director`s deputy of a supervisory council, board, other supervisory or executive body of a business entity by a person who already occupies one or more of the indicated positions in other business entities; to hold more than half of the positions of members of the supervisory council, management board, other supervisory or executive bodies of the subject of management by persons who already hold one or more of the above mentioned positions in another business entity.
