LLC «Ukrainian Energy Exchange» 21.07.2026 at 11:00 holds an electronic auction № EP-210726-1100-1 on the sale of electric energy in the form of a special session for the sale of packages of lots of standard products (clauses 55—67 of the Procedure).

Electronic auctions for the sale of electricity are held in the Software Product "Exchange Electronic Trading System" (PP BETS) in the version "Electric Power" in accordance with Regulations for the Organization and Conduct of Electronic Auctions for the Sale of Electric Energy on the Commodity Exchange – Limited Liability Company "Ukrainian Energy Exchange" (hereinafter – the Regulations), the Procedure for Conducting Electronic Auctions for the Sale of Electric Energy under Bilateral Agreements (hereinafter – the Procedure), approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated June 5, 2019, No. 499, in particular clauses 55—67 of the Procedure regarding special sessions for the sale of packages of lots of standard products.

In special sessions, sellers form packages of lots at their own discretion, with each package of lots being able to combine from 2 to 5 lots.

In order to be admitted to the auction, Buyers must provide the auction organizer with a certificate regarding the volumes of electric energy broken down by the consumers for whom they are making the purchase, no later than the start of the auction. A participant wishing to take part in an electronic auction must, before the start of the auction, or directly during the bidding period, submit an application for participation in the auction for the selected items and ensure at the time of submitting such an application at the PP BETS (Electric Power) account is required for participation in the auction of the amount of the guarantee fee, according to the application submitted by such a participant based on the starting price and coverage of the commission fee.

Participant’s applications are admitted to the auction automatically within the available amount of the guarantee fee on the General account.

Due to the continuation of the special legal regime of martial law in Ukraine, guided by the Order of the Minister of Energy of Ukraine, head of works on the elimination of the consequences of a state-level military emergency in electric power systems dated December 27, 2024, No. 27-дск during the period of martial law and until the last day of the month following the month of termination or cancellation of martial law, auction bulletins and bulletins of weighted average prices are not available for viewing on the website.
